At the End of the Day (Day 3)

Just got to the hotel in Amarillo. It's actually a reasonable hour, unlike last night where we got in at 12:30 AM. The show this morning in Oklahoma City went really well! We performed outside in a little courtyard at the VA hospital, which was awesome! It was good for the people watching, but also for the people in their rooms - our sound echoed all the way up to the top floors! The audience was really engaged and the performance was a lot of fun. After that, we visited the Oklahoma City Memorial. It was a reflective experience for all of us, and I'm really glad we were able to go see it. After the memorial, we drove all the way to the hotel. The trip was not nearly as long as the one from St. Louis to Oklahoma City, which is good news for everyone. Well, so long for now - I think we're going to the Big Texan Restaurant for dinner.
