Las Vegas, baby!

So we drove into Las Vegas late that night. It's probably the best time to drive in Las Vegas. Mr. Cieremans took the van straight down the strip, and it was absolutely amazing to look at. Pretty colors . . . Ads . . . . lights . . . amazing. Plus the architecture was really sweet! I have the pictures to prove it too! Anyway, after a little bit of sightseeing we drove to our hotel: The Hard Rock Hotel, naturally. It was a little ways off the strip though. We checked in, which unfortunately took forever. And it was hard to find a parking spot for the van, because it was too tall for the parking garage. Anyway, we got to our rooms and they were absolutely the coolest things I've ever seen! Really awesome, plus there was an Ipod jack in the wall to play music in the room! I have some pictures of that too that I'll put up later. So I thought that we were just going to call it a night, because we were all really tired from our epic journey to the Grand Canyon. But this is Las Vegas! The night was just getting started. Don't look so worried, we didn't do anything bad! (shifts eyes guiltily). Just kidding! We went to a restaurant inside the Hard Rock, and took a long walk down the strip , just to see the sights. I love my dad - it was his idea. Thanks Dad! We went inside the Bellagio, too. They had this entirely glass and water garden with stained glass and larger-than-life ants and plants and trees - it was incredible. Some pictures are coming of that too. We were going to go to Caesar's Palace too but it was already almost 2 in the morning and we didn't want to be too tired for our gig. So we headed back to the hotel, and got to sleep. What an amazing day!
